Position Overview:

- Conduct system performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and procure hardware and software components.

- Assist in the planning and execution of system integration and testing activities.

- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Computer Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a data processing or technology-driven environment.

- Strong knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking protocols.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.

- Familiarity with hardware design and testing methodologies.

- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
