Community Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Web3 Community Manager. As a Web3 Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing and engaging our community in a meaningful way. You will work closely with the Marketing and Community team to create content, drive engagement and ensure that our community feels heard and supported.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to adapt communication style to engage different audiences and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing online communities on social media, forums, and other platforms
  • Comfortable with working independently and in teams, meeting tight deadlines, and being proactive and communicating openly with team members
  • Experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency communities and understanding of the principles and concepts of Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi)
  • Passion for video games.
  • Knowledgeable in the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in digital marketing and community building
  • Good analytical skills to track metrics, analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
