Member Duties : Assess the current state of social media utilized by Independence Avenue Community Improvement District (IACID) and create or revise the platform to improve its effectiveness and sustainability. To develop sites on Facebook, Twitter and update our current website. Develop and implement procedures for data management (businesses & community partners) to maintain correct contact info. Set up outreach systems and develop partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and public education institutions to increase knowledge of resources for small businesses in the urban community. Develop informational marketing materials. Produce quality reports that can be used on social media and traditional media, as well as comply with federal reporting requirements which demonstrate the anti-poverty and capacity-building work being accomplished during your service term.
