Description:
In this role you'll contribute to both our internal and external communications efforts:
- (Internal comms) You'll help inform, connect, and inspire our global team (Waymonauts) at an exciting time for the business as we scale and commercialize our fully autonomous ride-hailing service, and strengthen our company culture.
- (External comms) You'll also partner with our PR team to help with various external-facing efforts, including: development of social content for executives, speaking event preparation, and narrative development.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree, or in lieu of a degree, an additional 5+ years of work experience in communications
- At least 7+ years of work experience in communications
- Experience in both internal communications as well as public relations
- Excellent storytelling & writing skills
- Strong data analysis skills to assess the impact of our communications efforts
- Experience supporting executives
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience working in a tech startup environment
- Prior experience producing and running internal all hands meetings
- Experience partnering with and aligning executive team members across a diverse geographic and functional landscape
