As the Communications Consultant (CC3) you are part of ESD’s agency Communications Office and will report to the Leave and Care Communications Manager. You will provide communication support to the Operations team by planning, organizing, and carrying out internal communication plans and projects. Identifying the need and most appropriate methods and techniques to publicize and promote programs, develop, and implement changes for communication effectiveness, and resolve complex issues or problems. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Operations Team regarding project and standard work updates, and support the Operations Management Team with coordinating staff resources, troubleshooting, and ongoing communications.
