Nordlund Associates, Inc. is expanding and seeking new members to join its team. New associate position will support seasoned Brokers to manage processes associated with client needs. This member will work independently with clients and collaborate on projects with the team.

A MA Real Estate License is required and the following skills:

· General knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Leasing & Investment

· Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills

· PC Skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· General Understanding of the Market in Eastern MA Along & Inside I-95

· Understanding of investing and ability to project IRR, ROE, Debt Service

· Sales & Advisory Skills

Candidate must be self-motivated, strong self-management skills and driven, willing to work necessary hours. Will have a professional appearance, presence and be athletically, competitive minded.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
