Key Responsibilities:
Architect and maintain cloud environments using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Lead cloud migration efforts and transition from AWS CloudFormation to Terraform.
Configure and secure Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS) with a focus on scalability and best practices.
Optimize EKS networking and security (e.g., VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, IAM roles).
Manage service meshes with Istio for traffic control and observability.
Automate scaling with Karpenter for cost-effective Kubernetes operations.
Enhance developer workflows using Backstage for centralized application management.
Deploy and monitor services with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and the ELK Stack.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
Advanced expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
Extensive AWS networking knowledge (e.g., Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPC Peering).
Hands-on expertise with Istio and Karpenter for Kubernetes workloads.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, Elasticsearch).
Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Automation experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Preferred Skills:
Practical experience with Backstage for application management.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Cloud database management (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS-SQL).
Experience with GCP and Azure service offerings.
