Clojure Engineer

Description:

Back-End Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure APIs using Clojure.

Implement functional programming paradigms to solve complex business problems.

Work with databases (datomic) to design schema, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

Integrate with third-party services and APIs.

Build and manage efficient cloud-based or on-premise server architectures.

Implement best practices for testing, code quality, and documentation.

Front-End Development:

Develop interactive and dynamic user interfaces using Reagent.

Ensure responsive and user-friendly design across devices and browsers.

Work closely with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional applications.

Optimize client-side performance and manage state effectively.

Implement accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with web development libraries and tools like Shadow-CLJS, and deps.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Kubernetes or Terraform.
