Description:

Restorative Connections Counseling, LLC is hiring a full-time Clinical Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or working toward licensure) to join their supportive and identity-affirming private practice in Montana. The ideal candidate is a motivated, trauma-informed clinician who values personal wellness and a healthy work-life balance.

The therapist will provide direct clinical services to individuals, families, or groups, manage clinical documentation, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with other providers. The position emphasizes autonomy in choosing specialties and client demographics while maintaining ethical standards and licensure in Montana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs

• Maintain clinical records and conduct assessments

• Collaborate with other providers and maintain legal/ethical compliance

• Perform some administrative tasks

• Promote the growth of the practice and uphold its values

• Maintain licensure and reside in the state of Montana

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time (23+ hours/week), flexible schedule, with potential for additional hours

• Setting: Remote, in-office (furnished space), or hybrid within Montana

• Client Focus: Clinicians can shape their own caseload focus by selecting age groups and specialties
