Clinical Dietitian

Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is hiring a Clinical Dietitian for Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital in Blue Hill, ME. This full-time role involves providing medical nutrition therapy, working with patients to assess, modify, and educate on dietary needs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans

• Modify dietary interventions based on patient needs and medical conditions

• Educate patients on nutrition and dietary guidelines

• Follow regulatory standards, including HIPAA and facility policies

• Train and mentor patient service staff and interns

• Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:

• Credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) by CDR

• State license (if required)

• Experience in hospital/clinical settings preferred

• Strong knowledge of electronic medical records & nutrition software

• Excellent communication & patient education skills
