- Lead a team of recruiters to shape recruiting strategy to meet client objectives
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for our client’s open roles
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview and selection process
- Contribute to the management of client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications and Candidate Background
- A Bachelor’s degree demonstrating high achievement from a top tier college or university
- Passion for making personal connections with clients, candidates, and colleagues
- Ownership mentality capable of leading large, long-term projects
- Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
