Client Relationship Manager

 

Description:

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for client retention and building strong relationships with client personnel and requires an understanding of the clients’ insurance objectives and benefit program.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 - 7 years successful related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be customer service oriented and realize the importance and priority of being an Ancillary Expert.
  • Possess excellent client relationship skills and communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing (must be able to type) and can maintain a calm demeanor while multitasking.
  • Must be problem solver/solutions oriented and results driven.
  • Must have experience with employee benefits options and possess appropriate insurance licensing (or obtain within 6 months from date of hire).
