As a Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing RSA customers, ensuring renewal, retention, and customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of existing clients, driving renewals and retention across all support, subscription, and product renewals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for each account to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Independently negotiate and close renewals, while managing customer communications and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze customer business needs to identify potential expansion opportunities, passing qualified leads to the Account Executive team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries, issues, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular quarterly business reviews and develop customized messaging and presentations for your accounts.
  • Collaborate across RSA’s internal teams to marshal resources that enhance customer satisfaction and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage all opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Be responsible for ensuring a high renewal rate and effective churn management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in account management, renewals, or customer success roles.
  • Ability to confidently engage with C-Level contacts in customer organizations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple accounts independently.
  • Experience in forecasting and CRM management.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and business reviews.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales/account management experience required.
