Client Executive

 

Description:

An integral part of the CWT Meetings & Events (CWT M&E) team, the Client Executive leads the strategic success of our high-profile client accounts. The Client Executive socializes CWT’s value proposition, understands account specific business requirements, seeks to secure new business opportunities and drive growth, provides feedback for program enhancements, and supports contracted service level agreements and contract deliverables.

Position Requirements

  • At a program level, act as a primary point of contact for Key Stakeholders and Meeting Requestors
  • Strategic point person to align on customer objectives and growth opportunities
  • Manage upsell and new sales opportunities where appropriate
  • Maintain Account plan and overview of the accounts
  • Create and maintain an account specific Stakeholder Map
  • Action initiatives and support projects in alignment with an account specific Stakeholder Engagement Plan, including, but not limited to:
    • Facilitate focus groups
    • Present at customer forums
    • Lead workshops
    • Host debrief meetings
    • Design, distribute and follow up on feedback surveys
    • Participate at account specific Travel Fairs if applicable
    • Develop, implement, and action an account specific Communications Plan
    • Develop and maintain content on client-hosted Meetings intranet website(s)
    • Introduce our department to known new Key Stakeholders when hired
  • Answer questions regarding the meeting registration process, meeting and event related policies, CWT M&E services, CWT Group Air services, preferred vendor program(s), and general inquiries
  • Create and deliver Statements of Work for projects serviced by CWT M&E
  • Track invoices and payments associated with signed Statements of Work
    • Own and maintain an account specific Problem-Resolution Plan
    • Ensure Key Stakeholders satisfaction on an ongoing basis
    • Proactively escalate potential client or program issues for timely resolution
  • Work closely with supplier partners and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Manage delivery and adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain current Meeting and Events industry knowledge by attending internal trainings, industry events, supplier presentations, and team meeting
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Primarily works from home using a computer for much of the day

  • Languages English fluent: written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a complex multi cultural environment with travel
  • Communication & Presentation skills
  • Excellent consultative, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present to client and CWT Executives and Senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Technical skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of meetings management tool(s) would be an asset
  • Specific skills Pharmaceutical compliance and regulation awareness
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to take calculated risk based on business intelligence
  • Ability to set priorities and work in a fast paced, multi-project environment
  • Ability to successfully build relationships with key stakeholders across client and CWT leadership
  • Financial Acumen
