Description:

As a Sales Leader / Client Partner specializing in the BFSI industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Salesforce by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients in the technology sector, and promoting our comprehensive suite of Salesforce services and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to our company's growth and success by leveraging your industry knowledge, Salesforce knowledge and sales expertise to engage with C-suite and senior business leaders, and position our offerings as the solution of choice for their digital transformation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth selling Salesforce services and solutions within the BFSI industry verticals in the United States.

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts, building strong, long-term relationships, and understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Collaborate with the pre-sales, solutions, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor compelling solutions and proposals that address the specific requirements of BFSI clients.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- 7+ years of successful sales experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of selling Salesforce services or solutions to Hi-Tech or ISV companies.

- Experience in outsourcing model, working with offshore teams and flexible to accommodate multiple timezones

- Deep understanding of the BFSI industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and key players.

- Experience selling Salesforce services or solutions is highly preferred; Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.

- Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that delivers measurable results.
