Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client accounting services department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting data.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored accounting solutions.
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior staff in delivering quality accounting services.
  • Implement best practices in accounting processes and techniques to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review and approve client financial statements and other accounting reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate and streamline client services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and standards to ensure our services are always top-notch.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, representing the firm at networking events, and seminars.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing accounting roles with managerial responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in major accounting software platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.
