Alchemy is partnering with a global Fine Art Shipping company who are looking for an enthusiastic Client Account Manager to join their New York team.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact regarding art logistical projects, liaising with the client from start to finish
- Produce all documentation of projects as well as working with other departments in a timely manner
- Organise and collaborate with vendors when it comes to specialists/carriers and local delivery
- Development of art client relationships to help increase and expand service work
- Ensure that when it comes to estimates, production orders and all invoices come back clear, accurate and chronological
- Manage invoicing for the company as well as approve them in a timely manner
- Establish vendor relationships, while comparing and contrasting ways to save money within the company
- Be the port of call and resolver if any shipment issues arise
- Approve freight invoices as well as invoicing for export and import shipments
- Deal with customer/client emails and respond accordingly to correspondence
Required skills:
- Enthusiastic and driven person with excellent customer service skills
- Experience in project management and shipping/logistics
- Partner with other team members in order to complete tasks and build strong connections
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and determination to provide a memorable experience for clients
- Confidently identify new and existing clients' needs and improvements
- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients globally
- Consistently handles time and resources within the workplace
- Follow guidelines with the process of what is best for the client, adhering to rules and regulations during that process
- Proficient with Microsoft including outlook and Excel
