Description:
A leading global recruitment organization with over 15 offices worldwide is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead and expand the Property & Casualty - Claims recruitment team. This role involves driving business growth, developing teams, and fostering key client relationships within the insurance and financial services markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of growing and leading a high-performing Claims recruitment team, focusing on Property & Casualty, Auto, Cyber, Marine & Aviation, Employment Practices, and E&O.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting and business development.
- Work closely with the SVP to set and exceed revenue and KPI targets.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, including hosting networking events and client presentations.
- Provide training, mentorship, and career development for consultants to help them progress within the company.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (360-degree recruitment), ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Proven success in team management, coaching, and performance development.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating terms and navigating PSL frameworks.
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in sourcing and engaging niche talent in specialist insurance markets.
