Claims Client Service Manager

 

Description:

A centralized Client Service Manager will serve as the key liaison for clients, brokers, claims operations, underwriting relative to the primary casualty business in the low-complexity National Accounts and Corporate Accounts market segment across all US Zones. Position will also be responsible for run-off legacy servicing for various large national accounts programs. Serve as primary point of contact and responsible for assigned accounts to ensure that claims services are delivered timely and with a high level of quality and that claims interactions meet service requirements.

Work activities include:

  • Client onboarding, coordination of account set-up
  • Coordinate Claim Reviews
  • Create special account instructions and facilitate compliance
  • Facilitate issue resolution
  •  


    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Significant Casualty Insurance experience in claims, underwriting, or TPA account management with strong technical knowledge of primary Auto Liability, General Liability and Workers’ Compensation claims
    • Experience in high-severity claims and complex coverage matters. Knowledge of large risk management insurance programs
    • Proven ability, in the absence of direct authority, to resolve issues with multiple stakeholders through influence and relationship management
    • Strong presentation and project management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and problem solve
