Civil Project Manager

We are a leading design group who specialize in a variety of fields including Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, Environmental Services, and Construction Management. We are seeking a new Project Manager to join our Water Resources group to plan and manage the entire project life cycle across projects like water treatment plants, water distribution, pump stations, wastewater, stormwater management, etc. This is an opportunity for you to become a leader as part of a team who cares about their clients, community and people first!

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Manager leader our Water Resources team with your experience and industry knowledge, you will be providing leadership and guidance on the entire life cycle of our projects from conception to completion. You will be providing both technical and client management project leadership across a variety of projects!

As The Project Manager, You Will

• Supervise a team of engineers across all project tasks, budgetary decisions, project schedules and project delivery
• Interface with clients on project status on a regular basis and ensure project communication to clients is effectively delivered
• Manage all activities for your assigned projects: scheduling, directing associates/engineer team, managing subconsultant activities, monitoring quality requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction through the entire project delivery process
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team of engineers to ensure optimal performance tying back to project goals and company expectations
