Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.

• Represent clients in court appearances and depositions.

• Engage in client interactions and consultations.

• Review medical records and analyze complex legal cases.

• Collaborate with experts and other legal professionals.

• Manage and assist in handling a complex caseload.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• 3-5+ years of litigation experience (medical malpractice/product liability experience preferred).

• Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional client interaction and relationship-building abilities.
