We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to lead our efforts in driving Dehealth's adoption among B2B clients and government organizations in the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute business development strategies to promote Dehealth in B2B sectors and government entities.
  • Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships with large organizations, emphasizing the value of employee wellness, our innovative technology, and rapid implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize Dehealth’s offerings for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing valuable insights on market developments and growth opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly with securing B2B and government contracts.
  • Expertise and strong connections in the US health tech or healthcare industries will be crucial.
  • Solid understanding of employee wellness, health technology, and the corporate/government sectors.
  • Strong network in the US market, especially within health tech, corporate wellness, or healthcare organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment with limited resources.
