What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Global Sales and Affiliate departments, define the strategy and business development plan.
Affiliate Department
· Drafting a detailed promotion plan of the company’s affiliate network,
· Setting KPIs for Affiliate marketing departments,
· Planning the expansion to other regions, setting up local offices, and training and recruiting staff,
· Overseeing antifraud activities making sure that current affiliate offers are up to date and meet industry standards,
· Monitoring of the quality of leads by having close communication with all departments. Ultimately, increasing the conversion from registration to deposit,
· Overseeing online advertisements (listings, reviews, google ads, promotion with bloggers),
· Overseeing affiliate networks social network presence.
· Attending necessary expos.
· Growing the affiliates and Ibs network and establish strong relationships with VIPs.
Sales Department
· Setting sales department from scratch,
· Managing call center calls and email marketing channels, including marketing funnels for next deposits depending on user behavior,
· Setting up KPIs, creating the mechanics for evaluating performance, and boosting the amount and quantity of next deposits,
· Creating affiliate support channels, planning the launch of online competitions, and providing VIP client personal service,
· Creating online chats sales and retention mechanics,
· Setting KPIs for online sales.
· Working around regulation restrictions and suggesting solutions to achieve growth.
· Knowledgeable with various payment methods across the global
What you'll need:
· 7+ years of experience in Forex, Gambling or Crypto affiliate marketing.
· Passion and keen interest for fintech/crypto/payments/finance space.
· Know the competitors and their offering inside out to identify gabs and propose ideas in regard to our offerings.
· Effective time management skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail.
· Understanding of performance marketing and proven ability to manage budgets.
· Deep understanding of promoting online process and methods.
· Good understanding of promoting in social networks.
· Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
· Professional and proactive work ethic.
· Advanced English proficiency is a must. Any foreign language will be considered as an advantage.
