Our client partner is a leading cloud managed services provider, delivering secure, reliable, and innovative cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google, Private Cloud, and Cybersecurity. They specialize in helping SMBs and enterprises simplify IT operations and gain a competitive edge through technology.

We are seeking a Channel Sales Partner to join the cloud managed services sales team. This role involves recruiting, managing, and developing a network of partners to drive growth in cloud services. Working closely with internal teams, you will empower partners with training, resources, and support to maximize sales opportunities.

This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office and up to 50% travel for partner meetings and industry events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner Strategy: Build a strategic partner ecosystem, using tools like partner heatmaps to target high-potential partnerships.
  • Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company sales strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales training, co-marketing support, and technical guidance to partners.
  • Engagement & Collaboration: Increase partner engagement and promote the company’s value proposition and cloud services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner sales performance, conduct regular business reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Go-To-Market Planning: Develop and execute joint sales plans with top-performing partners.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at regional and national partner events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner support.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in managed IT services (or 10+ years without a degree)
✅ Proven expertise in partner/channel management supporting indirect and direct sales teams
✅ Experience working with cloud service providers or MSPs
✅ Knowledge of partner incentive programs, co-selling, and partner marketing campaigns
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel (up to 50%) for events and partner meetings


Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Strong technical knowledge of DaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, O365, and SD-WAN


Work Environment:
