Description:
The Channel Manager for Ohio is responsible for driving market level sales activities and programs in conjunction with distributor/broker activities in order to achieve predetermined brand, volume, KPI (Key Performance Indicators) objectives. They manage and oversee all local activities to ensure that the Division Commercial team and Distributor/broker efforts are focused on appropriate accounts, territories, and channels in order to achieve WG&S long-term objectives.
Our ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder. They develop strong relationships with our distributor partners and other key members of the trade. They have analytical skills to evaluate and report on market results as well as provide recommendations to the Distributor Manager on needed market actions to align with objective plan achievement.
They also provide educational trainings as needed with partnership of WG&S brand ambassadors and manage distributor teams to leverage and ensure flawless execution of all promotion activity in the market. They manage their budget to ensure that promotion monies are effectively spent and maximize value creation.
