Ensuring Chart’s Success…
Support the development of the Aftermarket route to market through the deployment of market coverage and customer segmentation models and ongoing assessment of sales effectiveness
Establish a channel partner strategy to define agent and business partner status and provide insights to support the monitoring and management of partners’ performance against Chart AOP
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
Develop a route to market sales coverage model in alignment Global standards and work with Sales leadership to monitor and evaluate sales effectiveness while supporting headcount sizing as required to meet business growth metrics
Develop an account classification model and manage account mapping – promoting accounts based on segmentation methodology, emerging market needs as well as spearheading rationalization through third party and intercompany bookings analysis
Support development and implementation of sales contracts, ensuring sales incentives are driving and achieving overall business strategy while maintaining the businesses AOP
Establish a channel partner program strategy with tiering methodology ensuring clear partner ownership and management alignment across the region
Support the assessment of channel partners’ performance against the tiering system and collaborate with sales leadership to promote/rationalize partners according to due diligence and other internal requirements
Communicate feedback of sales and channel partner effectiveness, strategy progress, highlights, challenges to sales leadership and senior management
Establish and manage key performance indicators to assess sales and partners’ performance
Determine the need for management information and develop management reports that provide the information necessary to make informed decisions based on results and business growth impacts
Your Education Should Be…
Degreed or minimum 5 years of experience in similar role working within an Aftermarket environment
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
Travel up to 25% for internal meetings, meeting product users / customers and conferences / tradeshows
Your Professional Experience Should Be…
Trained in CRM (Customer Service Management) & ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Infor, Salesforce, etc.
Previous experience in major change projects / business transformation
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
