Channel Development Manager

 

Description:

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Channel Development:**

- Identify and create partnership with potential integrators and distributors, cold call to prospects to expand the company’s sales network.

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Negotiate and close agreements with new partners.

- **Relationship Management:**

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with integrators and distributors.

- Provide on-time support and training to partners to ensure they are well equipped to promote and sell Han's Cobots.

- Act as the main point of contact for all channel-related inquiries and issues.

- **Market Analysis:**

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the robotics and automation industry.

- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Provide insights and feedback to US Management teams to improve products and services.

- **Sales Support:**

- Work closely with the sales teams of distributors to develop and implement marketing initiatives.

- Support partners in developing and closing sales opportunities.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in channel development, sales, or business development, preferably within the robotics or automation industry.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partner relationships.

- Strong understanding of the automation and robotics market in the USA.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
