Description:

The Business Sales Consultant prospects, qualifies and sells Cellcom products and services to businesses and individuals. Trains customers on the use of equipment and services. Services, retains and sells additional products to existing accounts. Establishes and maintains a sales presence within assigned market through participation in business, association and community events.

  • Prospect, qualify and acquire new wireless business, consumer and business employee accounts.
  • Demonstrate and sell Cellcom products and services.
  • Interacts with existing customers and prospects via phone, video conferencing, but predominately in person.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly individual prospecting goals and business sales goals.
  • Develop relationships with assigned business accounts and use those relationships to further grow the account with additional services.
  • Provide exceptional onsite customer service; meet regularly with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Present and sell new products and services to current accounts.
  • Support small to mid-size business accounts; may support large accounts as needed within the sales territory.
  • Review assigned accounts and others as needed on a regular basis; develop rate plan analyses and present updated solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned
