Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in social services, counseling, education, human resources, business, marketing, or a related area. One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in workforce development, job placement, human resources development, educational/vocational training, or counseling/guidance. • Knowledge of unemployed and low-income population served through program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• The ability to analyze program performance and seek strategies to meet performance criteria.
• Experience in networking, job services resources, and creating employer relationships.
• Nights and weekend work may be required.
• Some travel may be required for program meetings, conferences, etc.
