Elite U of Texas is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Remote Campus Recruiter for our Houston area campus. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring residency in the Greater Houston area. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, sales, and retention, with a passion for connecting with prospective students and promoting educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to Elite U of Texas, focusing on the Greater Houston area.

- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other relevant organizations to identify potential student leads.

- Conduct outreach activities, including attending college fairs, hosting information sessions, and arranging campus tours to engage with prospective students.

- Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, addressing inquiries and assisting with application procedures.

- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop effective recruitment campaigns and materials tailored to target audiences.

- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.

- Meet and exceed recruitment goals and targets set by the institution.

Requirements:

- Live within 75 miles of the assigned territory/Campus

- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of higher education systems and admissions processes is advantageous but not required.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
