Description:
New England Biolabs is hiring a Campaign Manager to support NEB’s Marketing and Sales Team by managing product or application-based campaigns, as well as assisting in high priority product launches.
Primary Responsibilities:
Management of product or application-based campaigns. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting Product Marketing Manager in generation of campaign brief, which includes defining objectives and measurements of success
- Working with Marketing Technologies to set up campaign dashboard, including any website analytics requests
- Understanding of best practices and coordinating keyword monitoring and paid search opportunities with Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Technologies
- Working with IT to request any forms or Salesforce campaigns
- Coordinating with Marketing Technologies and Product Marketing Manager to develop any email drip campaigns associated with form request
- Coordinating with Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications to develop schedule of tactics and managing collation of content for deliverables
- Assisting Marketing Communications and Product Marketing Manager in the release of customer-facing collateral, as well as any internal training materials
- Working with Marketing Technologies and Marketing Communications to generate post-campaign report
- Generating best practices document for campaign development
Assist in high-priority product launches. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Working with IT to request sample request forms, if needed
- Coordinating with Marketing Technologies and Product Marketing Manager to develop any email drip campaigns associated with sample request
- Coordinating with IT to request any analytics associated with product launch
Additionally:
- Coordinate quarterly price-based promotions
- Management and communication of the product and application sections of the Marketing Communications calenda
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, simultaneously
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience using Salesforce and Pardot is desirable
