Cabin Service Agent Lead

 

Description:

The Cabin Service Agent Lead will oversee a team of cabin service agents, ensuring the highest standards of aircraft cleanliness, passenger comfort, and security. This role involves leadership, operational management, customer service, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, train, and motivate cabin service agents.

  2. Assign tasks and monitor performance of team members.

  3. Serve as the main point of contact with assigned customers.

  4. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

  5. Oversee aircraft cabin cleaning and servicing.

  6. Ensure timely completion of tasks to standards.

  7. Coordinate with other departments for on-time aircraft turnaround.

  8. Perform cabin cleaning and other assigned services.

  9. Conduct security checks before departures.

  10. Maintain aircraft security according to protocols.

  11. Ensure compliance with all security regulations.

  12. Conduct inspections for quality assurance and compliance.

  13. Implement SOPs and safety protocols as required.

  14. Develop and deliver training for new and existing staff.

  15. Ensure safe use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

  16. Comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies.

  17. Maintain safety and security on board aircraft.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of experience in cabin service or related field.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds comfortably.

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

  • Ability to work under pressure and in inclement weather.

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.


Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting/moving up to 100 pounds with assistance.

  • Regular use of hands, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, climbing, sitting, and balancing.

  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to focus.


Work Environment:

  • Usually indoors, with occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions.

  • Noise levels vary; hearing protection provided when necessary.
