Business Systems Analyst

Description:

Our client is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to review, analyze and evaluate business operations and processes to isolate problem areas, develop solutions, and identify business needs and opportunities.

As an Business Systems Analyst you will:

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand, elicit and document the business processes and needs through brainstorming sessions and user elicitation sessions developing both written and visual depiction of process flows.
• Function as a liaison between users, business units and IT to groom requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing during the development cycle.
• Write requirements, conduct follow-up sessions with users to refine, finalize, and obtain approval of requirements from identified key stakeholders.
• Designs new business functionality by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
