Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close sales transactions that meet or exceed goals for businesses
  • Make on-sight customer sales calls ; for existing customers as well as prospective customers
  • Educate the customer on benefits with staying with or switching to TXUE's products & services
  • Collect or verify customer contact, business profile and service point information as well as credit information
  • Collect competitive intelligence information
  • Update sales opportunity information for prospective customers
  • Review the customer's usage/profile to ensure pricing accuracy
  • Review and update system information for accuracy and update customer contact, billing and company data
  • Maintain and ability to vary sales approach and present different sales pitches depending on market conditions

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience with customer contact or sales
  • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
