The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients within the Telecom sector. This role will involve understanding the unique needs of customers, providing tailored solutions, working with cross functional teams, presenting the solution to customers, working with delivery leads and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
• Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers
• Prospect for new sales leads and close sales

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' of client relationship experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
