We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team to support business development and operational data analysis needs with internal and external facing needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pet care by driving customer engagement, supporting operational reporting, and driving select data led initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support:

· Collaborate with the operations and business development teams to develop and track sales strategies, goals, and performance metrics.

· Coordinate data collection with potential and active clients.

· Complete data cleaning and modeling for care plan design recommendations.

· Lead preparation of compelling proposals for care plan designs and renewals and participate in presentation with potential clients.

· Maintain and update client management and project management tools with accurate client and prospect data.

· Identify opportunities for improvements within existing accounts.

Operational Account Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with hospital members, ensuring satisfaction and retention through data opportunity identification.
