We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business in the staffing sector, using generated leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development in US Staffing:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US Staffing industry through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in staffing solutions.
Client Relationship Management in Staffing:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in the staffing domain to understand their evolving staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving staffing-related issues promptly.
Lead Generation and Prospecting in Staffing:
- Utilize various channels to generate leads and identify potential clients in the staffing sector.
- Conduct market research within the US Staffing industry to stay informed about trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Proposals in Staffing:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the staffing solutions offered by the company.
- Create and present persuasive staffing proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Travel:
- Travel throughout the US as needed to meet with clients, attend industry-specific events, and explore new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting in Staffing:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing-related sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals.
- Provide regular staffing sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales management within the US Staffing industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills specific to the staffing sector.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in the staffing industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the US for staffing-related activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
