Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead plumbing product sales within the East Region, targeting national and regional distributors.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building a robust territory pipeline.
  • Collaborate with ASMs to design and execute effective sales strategies that align with market growth goals.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training to communicate the value of GE Appliances’ Air & Water solutions.
  • Leverage sales data to inform strategy and meet product-specific sales goals.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate resolution of customer needs and build long-term credibility with clients.
  • Travel required - 50%+ within the territory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in outside sales with experience in plumbing products such as water heaters and water treatment systems.
  • Proven ability to approach challenges with resilience, innovative problem-solving, and a growth mindset.
