Responsibilities:
Thorough and effective follow-up with leads and documenting activities and notes in our CRM / Sales Engagement tool
Maintain and utilize a cadence of multi-channel outreach consisting of email, calls, & social media
Work closely with the marketing and sales team around messaging, content, and lead generation
Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the product team to improve the product and prioritize the right projects
Report on your outreach strategies, messaging and provide feedback and new ideas to continue to improve and grow the business development foundation
What We’re Looking For:
1-3+ years of business/sales development or inside sales experience (experience in Fintech or SaaS is a plus but not required)
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
Experience with outbound prospecting
Experience using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
Results-driven and data-driven leading to business outcomes
Coachable and a can-do attitude to continue to grow and learn
Understands the sales process of qualification and converting leads into SQLs
