Description:
This is not your typical Business Development Representative role: we are looking for someone who is excited to help build and execute our overarching inbound demand strategy.
As an BDR here at Xytech, you will help drive our growth engine by managing pipeline generation mechanisms and qualifying both outbound and inbound prospects. You'll overcome objections to qualify potential prospects for hand-off to our accounts team, as well as independently identify high-potential markets and opportunities for Xytech. Foremost, you enjoy building and learning – you like to actively participate in the development of the revenue process, the articulation of Xytech's value proposition, and the creation of critical tools and assets.
In addition to playing an integral role in the success of the overall sales team at Xytech, the BDR will have amazing potential for OTE (On-Target Earnings), with clear, definable goals to reach your maximum potential.
Within One Month You’ll:
- Build your understanding of Xytech, the Media Operations Platform, the broadcast and production landscape, where we're headed.
- Get to know the cross-functional business teams you’ll work with.
- Understand the tools, systems, and processes we use to engage with potential Xytech customers (familiarity with Zoominfo, SalesForce, Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator is a plus).
Within Three Months You’ll:
- Partner with Sales & Marketing team members to identify high-potential verticals and markets - develop and execute outbound strategies to build pipeline.
- Understand how to communicate and build trust with prospects to understand the problems they face, share how Xytech can help solve those problems, and qualify prospects for pipeline.
- Put points on the board! Partner with your AE counterparts to set meetings for revenue growth.
Within Six Months You’ll:
- Own an ABM segment and priorities that you develop into new business opportunities in alignment with revenue objectives.
- Understand the different use cases customers come to us with, and better understand the Media Operations ecosystem.
- Provide quantifiable KPIs into the successes of the ABM segment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Duties and responsibilities may change, and new ones may be added, at any time with or without advanced notice.
