Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target potential clients within the EHS industry using a variety of channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their EHS challenges, needs, and pain points. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our software solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand their business goals and position our software as a strategic solution.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our EHS software, its features, benefits, and how it compares to competitors. Be able to clearly articulate the value proposition to prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified leads, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar BDR, SDR, or sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and in person.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to understand prospect needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and other technology platforms.
