Responsibilities:

 

  • Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive outreach, social networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points.
  • Showcase and demonstrate our range of marketing services to potential clients, effectively articulating how our solutions align with their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and digital strategy, to craft tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships

 

 

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and current digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Chinese/Cantonese is a plus.
