Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, multi-family property managers, commercial property managers, real estate agents, and HVAC companies to generate leads and referrals.
- Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels, including cold calls, setting appointments, phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Educate potential partners about Pure Air Restoration's services and benefits, emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
