The role of the Business Development Representative is to seek out new business opportunities in the Multifamily Rentals industry. The role requires a strong mindset, a high-level work ethic, and a closer mentality. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until our Sales Executives close the deal. Responsibilities
 

  • Primary responsibility is driving appointments for top-line revenue through setting acquisition appointments for Sales Executives
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (50 - 100 dials/day)
  • Localize your knowledge of trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies based on market
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities in the market
  • Contact and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the paying prospects pool
