Join our dynamic team in the automotive industry as an Automotive Sales Assistant and Business Development Representative. The primary focus of this role is to make outbound phone calls to past customers, leads, and potential prospects with the goal of setting appointments and driving business development. The ideal candidate will have a background in the auto industry, with specific experience in business development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 200 outbound phone calls daily to past customers, leads, and prospects.
  • Engage with customers who have inquired about vehicles, as well as those in need of vehicle servicing.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively communicate product and service offerings to customers.
  • Set appointments for customers to visit our dealership for vehicle purchase or servicing.
  • Achieve weekly appointment-setting targets to qualify for commission.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on business development.
  • Proven track record in making outbound calls and setting appointments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
  • BDC Representative experience is highly preferred.
