Primary Responsibilities

  • Uncover New Business Opportunities by Educating Key Advisors and Prospects on the Value of CuraLinc's Approach to Employer-Sponsored Mental Health Programs
  • Navigate Through a Complex System of Buyers and Influencers to Understand Gaps and Drive Consideration of CuraLinc as a Potential Partner
  • Manage a Multi-State Territory for Small- and Mid-Market Opportunities
  • Identify and Qualify Large-Market Opportunities for the VPs of Sales
  • Follow-Up and Maintain Active Engagement with Inbound Leads
  • Demonstrate and Communicate an Extensive Knowledge of CuraLinc's Solutions
  • Provide Weekly Reports on the Status of Prospect Meetings, Opportunities and Activity

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of Two (2) Years of B2B Sales Experience
  • BS/BA Degree or Work Equivalent
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
  • Strong Communicator with a 'Hunter' Mentality
