Business Development Rep

We currently have openings for an Outside sales/ Business Development Rep. Our salesperson will be responsible for calling on Elder Law Attorneys, Estate Planning Law Firms and related businesses throughout their designated territory and cultivating a business relationship to provide our products. These firms use our products repeatedly during the planning processes that they provide for their clients. Our agent will visit law firms in person within a reasonable distance of their home location, all others will be contacted by phone. We also attend, as exhibitors, elder law seminars and events throughout the year. Continuous contact with these firms will be required to maintain each account. Working from a home office is a possibility depending upon location of applicant. Our firm provides nationwide service, therefore, each salesperson will have a large enough territory to provide an opportunity for growth to a management position and a very high earnings potential.

Requirements;

• Applicant should be willing to obtain a license to sell Life Insurance and Annuities in their home state within 90 days of hire.
• Must have experience in cold calling and outside sales and excel at closing new business
• Must be goal oriented, organized, detail oriented, very personable and outgoing
• Must be disciplined at working from a home office while meeting all expectations of the position
• Must have a strong desire to earn a six figure income as a salesperson and grow into a management position

• This position is full commission, however, we have a very high commission rate and bonus structure.
• Health insurance is offered after 90 days of employment
• Beginning as part time is an option provided you can still meet monthly sales goals.
