Business Development Operations Analyst Iii

Description:

Frontgrade is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Operations Analyst to join our Business Development Operations team in order to synthesize data into actionable information delivered at the point of execution to drive Excellence and Customer Satisfaction. This position requires a bias for action, problem solving skills, exceptional Microsoft analytics suite and Salesforce acumen, attention to detail, breadth and depth of understanding our customers; working knowledge of Frontgrade product lines and business systems; and a positive professional attitude.

This position reports directly to Frontgrade’s Director of Business Development Operations.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
• Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
• Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
• Collects, analyzes and reports industry data relevant to current sales and business development objectives
• Provides ongoing Salesforce support for the Business Development Operation.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical program specifications and actionable stories within reasonable time estimates
