The Senior Business Development Manager- BDP/CST is responsible for leading a team to develop new business with high net worth individuals, taking a lead role in promotional events with existing clients, prospects and intermediaries. The role applies extensive in-depth knowledge and skills to build the portfolio by acquiring new clients who have sophisticated financial needs, delivering complex solutions that make it easy for clients to bank with us. The Senior Business Development Manager builds the client base through network, community involvement and strong relationship management, connecting people and networks and drawing on the Bank’s broader team to develop new business. The role ensures appropriate operational and compliance risk controls are implemented and managed in accordance with the jurisdictions and requirements, growing the business in accordance with clients’ objectives and policies of CIBC.
