Description:
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for senior executives and executing confidential, complex and sensitive matters. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Review quarterly field commission reports for accuracy, compile reports for senior management, and approve for payment.
- Perform a broad range of complex administrative functions of a confidential or specialized nature on a regular basis, requiring initiative and judgment to make independent decisions.
- Prepare, compose and initiate accurate and timely correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and reports.
- Coordinate a variety of resources and obtain information for special projects and assignments.
- Maintain awareness of departmental and organizational goals and objectives; and policies and procedures.
- Manage information; organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring files are updated and maintained on a weekly basis.
- Analyze data related to customer financials – for commissions, profitability, MBRs, and other requirements needed by the BD Leadership team.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Minimum four years related experience.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
Characteristics:
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
